I would say Assault, but there are differences to every class so you're starting from scratch each time you switch classes.

Attackers - Assault

Defenders - Support

-Assault lets you throw out health packs that'll keep your dudes alive longer and that give you a lot of points.

After that, if you stick with this class, you earn Defib Paddles that will allow you to rez dead teammates and save tickets so you can keep playing longer.

-Support lets you give out ammo to your fellow dudes so they can keep firing and make the other team eat tickets.

If you stick with Support, you eventually earn C4 that lets you strategically rig chokepoints, etc.

As for the other two (Recon, Engineer), Recon lets you set Mobile Spawnpoints which lets your dudes keep closer to objectives.

Engineer... give you a rocket launcher and a robot that you can control remotely later on. :ionno:

This Beta REALLY shits on Engineers.

I think Metro does a good job of showing damage. You can blow out walls, and to be honest, when I first saw a tree get blown over, I was pretty fucking surprised. Too bad they can't kill people.

I feel like the Beta has taken a step backwards now, its almost unplayable. Falling through the ground much more often and in different places than before.

That's because all the bitch ass cheaters are getting comfortable now and learning all the glitches on the two maps and exploiting them.

I just heard that the PC version of the BETA is vastly better than the XBOX/PS3. He said on the consoles it was almost unplayable it was so buggy. The PC version was fine he said and much better graphically.

hmmm....I might have to get the PC version.

honestly the early preview build on the pc was less glitchy than the beta on the consoles right now

I finally get my EOD bot, and the game freezes when I'm disarming a charge with it. Its controls are ridiculously sensitive too.

As for the bugs, DICE has actually put fixes out for the PC version during its beta run. I wish they'd at least try to get a new build/patch for consoles out before the end of the beta, but I don't think that's likely.

I'm getting pessimistic about the console version of this game. So many bugs, I really hope none of them exist in the final version.
