Shit always goes south when most of your team is terrified of dying and won't move out of the base. That one game on Kharg is a prime example where our squad was drawing most of the other team away from our base to the far flag while the rest of our team was too busy trying to shoot down jets with our tanks to move up and cap a flag with minimal resistance.

I get it if it's to fill both sides up when a server is about to die but like Swarley and Realist had mentioned, if you have like-Clan tags, they generally want to stay together for the duration.
