1. use the average joes template, so everyone will have roughly the same roster
2. set all recruiting thingies to B
3. pick 3 guys from the thread (other than yourself), and don't horde positions (i.e. dont pick 4 straight WR's)
4. put them on your team
5. no players on the entire team over 84, and with the created players, stagger their rankings (i.e. dont make them all 84's, no more than 3 per numbered rating)
Everyone needs to pick three prospects to get the ball rolling... after everyone has done that, we will decide how to proceed...
