I actually wasn't on vacation for really any of it. I came back on the night of Monday the 13th and that is when I got the game. I went back to work the 16th. And like Knubb said, I can only play when the wife is around.

I can't remember where I heard it, but the basic idea was that inFAMOUS 1 was so good and lacked any of the growing pains that most open world games do, that it almost made inFAMOUS 2 seem like a letdown. And I kind of agree. I fucking LOVE both games, but it was almost like because they didn't fuck up the first one, I expected a little more with the second.

Still a game that I would highly recommend, just what I think is an interesting thought.

I agree, but inFamous 2 is pretty easy IMO. It's certainly much easier than the first.

Oh yeah also got my "hard" playthrough trophy. I set the difficulty to hard right when I was sneaking into New Marais through the swamp.

Hard isn't much of a difference from Normal. You just get far less XP.

Even though you get less XP, I maxed out my good Karma on my hard playthrough a lot faster than I did on my evil playthrough. I didn't max out the evil karma until after I beat the game and did some more missions.

Hmmm. But didn't you actually do more of the side missions on your second playthrough and not just blow through the game?

Yeah. I did about 40 before I beat the game on my good/hard playthrough. I think its because of how they gave out good karma points. Everytime I would do a take down I would get good karma plus more from putting restraints on enemies. Seems like you need to go out of your way to be a dick to max out your evil karma.

I am soooooo close to finishing my second playthrough. I still have a lot of the industrial area of teh second island to clear but I think most of the missions are done. I only need a few more shards to max out my abilities and a few more powers to buy.
