My feelings on NCAA football this year is outside of more stat overlays during the game and add back in dreads presentation really isn't an issue to me from last years games. I upload my own music so seeing push ups in the stands or students dancing etc I could really give a shit about.
Clean up the on the field an dynasty stuff. I enjoyed the hell out of last years game and it was the first football game I bought since NCAA 2008.
-Fix the recruits rankings. More in line with the defaults etc.
-Continue to fix/tweak CPU recruiting logic
-Clean up the playbooks and certain sets. This has been covered here already.
-Fix the QB Read option. (Speed up the QB animation/read in general)
-Tweak/Fix DB AI/Play
- Make it so CPU teams can actually run the triple option correctly. The option in last years game was ineffective at best. Sometimes you could catch them off guard by running the speed option but any sort of read option was too slow developing to be effective.
- Tune the sim/play CPU coaches sliders correctly. The CPU was blitzing WAY too much and I shouldn't have to go through 119 teams and set the coach sliders so blitzing/other aspects is more realistic when playing versus simming.
The game needs to be tuned and tweaked in some other areas(running QB's running) but NCAA 11 was a definite few steps in the right direction last year...which was refreshing to see.Comment

They need to:
Fix the defensive playbooks (already mentioned)
Fix how defensive backs play on this game. Shits a joke.
Improve the computer's playcalling logic.
Make stats matter more. Things like weight, play recognition, strength don't matter as much as they should.Make it so the CPU generated recruits are in-line with the default rosters.
Make improvements to Online Dynasty.
Physics would be nice to but thats not happening.
Sadly they'll probably just add some generic half assed feature. Add a new game mode I have no interest in, like Rival Roshambo or some bullshit. Ignore glaring flaws and break a few things that didn't need to be messed with.
But with the information given, I think we should break it down and over-analyze the way any good fan would:
NCAA Football 12 takes the journey of the college athlete to the next level of depth and authenticity.
Experience the pride and pageantry of gameday Saturday with all new enhanced in-game presentation, traditions and school specific crowd celebrations.
Make an impact on the field as your team takes down your heated rival on the road to the National Championship.
I will remain optimistic. Also, I think a defensive cover is very exciting. Hopefully it is Peterson or Amukamara and they fix the god-awful coverage in NCAA 11. The first screen shot last year were out February 26th, so we should be expecting more news very soon!Comment

I'm voting for the defensive player... whoever it is... who's with me?
EDIT: Except Nick Fairley. FUCK. Where is Patrick Peterson?
per TulsaWorld:
DeMarco Murray fans, log on to Facebook and warm up your video game console.
Murray, the erstwhile OU running back, is one of four candidates to appear on the cover of next year’s EA Sports NCAA Football ’12.
Former Alabama running back Mark Ingram, ex-Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley and recent Washington quarterback Jake Locker are the others up for the honor.
Voting begins Monday, March 7, and runs through April 4.
Fans can find the EA Sports page on Facebook and then “like” their favorite players’ page. Only one vote per day is allowed, but fans can vote every day and can also post the link or even start a Facebook group to encourage others to vote.
The winner will be announced April 19 on ESPN’s “First Take”.

I liked DeMarco Murray. Won't vote for him, but liked his game. Hopefully Patrick Peterson is one of the nominees. Please, please no Cam Newton. Tired of hearing, seeing, reading about that schmuck.
EDIT: Just saw Survivor's post. Guess I'll vote for Locker.Comment

I am disappoint. I knew having a good chance at a defensive player on the cover was too good to be true. NCAA has always been an offense-centric series.
