Core problems won't be fixed with a patch. We will just have to make do with sliders.

Not critiquing your post but......Jesus those problems are silly and seem to be in every year's EA football games. Why is it that they create a game and always have that dumb super jump problem?

In the demo, there weren't as many super jumps as in years past. Of course it still happens occasionally, but at a much less frequency. For me, anyway

wow so all we can edit is player ratings in the game.

we cant change:
players positions
players height
players weight
players class

I can understand the first three, but changing class? That's just dumb imo

I can see the issues it would cause on the game. But for some people could use it as a way to get "medical" redshirts and what not.

Not being able to change positions is huge for me because, if a team signs 8 QB like BYU, I want the ability to move that player to another spot to fill up depth.

Hopefully recruiting logic is better this year.

And using it for medical redshirts is a great idea; I never thought about that.

In Dynasty mode, many of you expressed frustration over CPU controlled teams over signing players at certain positions in future years. This is an issue we fixed early in the cycle for NCAA Football 12, but as can sometimes be the case in software development, a fix to one bug can introduce a bug or revert a fix somewhere else. Unfortunately that was the case with this issue as we reached the end of the development cycle. In this update, position maximum caps have been instituted to prevent the CPU from being able to over sign at a position.

played the demo and got a good reminder of why not to buy. QB under pressure, i run him to the right sideline under pursuit. defense has a guy in zone dee in the flat...he stands there like a statue until i cross the line and run down the sideline for 45 yards. user big gain ftw

Custom playbooks are really in depth. I can see myself tweaking my playbook all year.

That's just the stuff we can't edit in season.

You can edit all those things at the front roster management screen still.

So far, I LOVE the physics on the demo. Does practice mode have the option to select random runs, random pass or random all on offense as well as choosing random man, random zone or random all on D? I hope they put that in...it used to be in Madden about 5yrs back (maybe NCAA, too)...
