First it was a 14 day wait, then you had to have 10 games played (I need a couple more cause I don't play randoms really), apparently you also need a 4 star rating and something about being online every 4 days as well.

I mean WTF. I'll get to 10 games tomorrow, but like fuck is that enough?


And yes, there's already reports of games not recording, reset games being broken and such.

You would think that the primary concern when it comes to leagues would be to MAKE SURE THEY WORK RIGHT, but no, it's apparently of the upmost importance to make sure the commish has no life and meets all sorts of wacky criteria.

I have a feeling the leagues will be all fucked up again until August, which is useless because by then most people have moved on to the shitty EA football games.

I think I got glitched by some fuckin asshole.

In the 13th, the mother fucker just starts spamming Guess Pitch, then all of a sudden I can no longer pick pitches and my dude starts auto picking fastballs. I tried pausing/unpausing, turned controller off and on, when i came back I couldn't do shit. The fucker scores to take the lead, then he pauses/unpauses and I can pick my pitches again.

playing the past 4 games with vet hitting and AS pitching have really given me a good assessment. bottom line is good pitching players will dominate the hitting....even with vet hitting.

last 4 games i have seen good players pitch extremely well and it has totally stopped me from getting timely hits. i still get 8-10 hit in those games, but they are scattered.

even on this level its still very hard to time pitches properly.

The thing is pretty much 1 or 2 big hits and the game is over pretty much so I think I would favor the hitters at this point, but that was only 3rd game online and 2nd against a good non-cheese player.

For myself I found my timing a lot in that game even though you couldn't tell. It was way better than the other 2 games lol. I did have a lot of hard hits to someone as did you, but not enough fell for either of us.

i agree. balls just were not falling. alot of hard hit balls and alot of slow rollers in the IF. but thats a pitcher duel for ya. it was certainly a good game

Maynard i have played 8 games on these settings and i must say i like them better then allstar hitting.
Hell my buddy threw a no-no against me with Verlander and i believe i was Oakland. I would need to check out my stats for the last 8-9 games but i think i went from 18-20 strikeouts to like 8-9!
overall i like the overall feel of it on the settings you were talking about!

i think its alot better than AS hitting. reduces strike outs and is easier to time the speed. but still tough. i still think we will see alot of low scoring games on this level
