Wasn't your testing done at RP stamina 1?

the way i remember it was you tracking things and thinking RP were not getting tired fast enough. it was lowered to 1 and you said it was working great...me and gangsta posted that we thought it was too low (remember? javier lopez 12 pitches and being totally drained)....u and kg both disagreed and it has not been changed

I've gotten rocked on pitches painted on the corner with barely any PCI on it in my last two games.

I haven't had to use my RP's too much in my games, my starters seemingly get to the 7th.

Although I believe I've had guys pitch 1+ innings so far without any problems.

                :dontknow:

I'll pay closer attention going forward.

Anyone having trouble hitting high fastballs now, I can't seem to hit them unless I guess ands even then I don't have the timing down

If I'm looking for it I can hit them out the park. If I'm expecting something low the best I'll do is foul it off.

I remember all of that except for the levels that were tested.

I can finally play again, so when I do, I will go 3 innings with my starters, abuse my bullpen, and retest some of this.

Pretty much anyone should be able to throw one inning or less and be avaialable the next day.

Long men/spot starters should be able to go three innings minimum without getting tired (depending on stamina rating of course, but in general), but then be unusable the next game or two.

Average rp's should be tired after two days in a row, possibly unusable with a low stamina rating.

Three days in a row should be taxing for anyone.

A day off should reasonably fill the stamina bar back to something usable.

These are the things I looks for, of course number of pitches matters and things like that, and you have special cases, but this is the general outline.

Innings are really a poor judgement, it's pitch count that should be monitored.

That's why I say in general. When I'm talking innings, I'm talking a basic less than 18-20 pitch inning.

I had to pitch Sonnanstine 5+ innings my last game since Shields injured himself after 1 batter. I'll check to see if he has any energy and is useable for the next game.

I wonder if the stamina effects differ based upon the bullpen slot the pitcher is in.

So LRP's will have lesser stamina draining effects than a SU would...hmm.
