Nobody (recently) has had their saves deleted? The game is $20 at Target...looks to be new MSRP at most places.

I told you that is only the 360 version. I even rersearched it again after your last post. The PS3 version looks and plays better anyway.

if you insist of playing on Xbox...just make sure to make a backup copy of the save either to the cloud or USB.

quickly googling it...I see reports of save deletes on PS3 as well. So make sure you save a copy on that as well.

either didn't see it or just don't remember....posted the question here and on CAG. As far as which console...don't care if it's on PS3 or Xbox.

Hmm. First I've heard of that. I played both versions to the same point (Rosewood Orphanage). I rented them from Redbox. The Xbox version froze during a cutscene and corrupted my save. No issues with the PS3 version. The 360 version also had stuttering issues when info and objective boxes would pop up. I researched it back then and researched it again the other day and all I could find were threads and articles about the 360 version. Gamefaqs was littered with threads about the issue on the 360 board.

doesnt seem to matter which console...if the game freezes at certain moments your save gets deleted. It probably freezes more on the Xbox version.

Well, like I said Ryne,Swarley, Handle and myself all own the PS3 version and have never had any issues. You have cloud saving with PS+ just in case though.

Just bought this game a couple days ago after seeing it was $19.99. I Redboxed it when it first came out and played through two missions I believe. Never had any issues with the game freezing or saves deleting. *knock on wood* So is the simple fix just to save your game on two slots or does it not matter (ie. if the freeze were to occur, does it delete all the game saves)?

From what I understand the game seems to freeze while it is auto-saving, causing the save to be corrupted. It happened to me on the 360 version when I rented it from Red Box. I rented the PS3 version as well and played to the same point and didn't have any issues. So make sure you have a backup or if you are a PS+ member you're uploading your save to the cloud.
