Same meaningless posts. How about some real reasons as to why this game "sucks" instead of being all over each others dicks?

lol... the only one on a dick is you riding ea's. game play is crap, playbooks are lacking and let's not forget the amzing ball going through a defenders helmet for a touch donw. or how about 75 rated rb's breaking 20 tackles all due to button mashihng? or any of the overblown useless rating they have in the game that have zero effect on game play? josh freeman isnt a spec on tom brady's nut sack, but in madden he can make all the throws. how about the suction on tackles and skipped animations? i am aware that the video shows changes, but we have all been there before.

making changes to helmets and adding stripes to pants are great, and i will admit they are needed to make the game authentic, but can we get a game that is playable and can actually seed the playoffs correctly? or how about contracts and a cap that work? it isnt like we havent had these things before. you seriously need to get a breath mint cuz everytime you speak all we can smell is the sweat from Ian's sack.

they do this every year. they add some little BS things and hype it up to get people excited. what was it last year? the new run blocking or was it the pro tak thing? and every year the game sucks. remember the year davd ortiz was hyping the new features? look how that turned out.

now a days, marketing this shit costs almost nothing. and they got so many sites that jump all over the chance to interview these devs. So devs are not only developing the game, they also are the main sources for marketing the game. Nothing like paying 1 salary to do 2 jobs.

and the difference between Sony and EA doing little things hype is Sony already built a rep with great gameplay on the ps2 and carried it over to the ps3. EA has not had good gameplay at all on next gen. they have made gameplay that has been tolerated

From Madden 02 to 04 I played in a PC sim league that had 30 active owners and was a blast to play. That league ended up folding after its 25th season of madden 04 because I think they hit the max number of years you could get in a madden file. The games were simmed once a week and ran just like the normal NFL. We would have a 3 week "offseason" mainly for everyone to get ready for the draft and free agency.

Madden 03 to 05 played in another PC league where we had 30 active owners and everything was playing. Worked really well, we even had the ability to broadcast our games using Windows media recorder and broadcasting it that way. Us guys with good internet connections were the only ones that could do it though.

Madden 06 I can't remember if it was out on PC or not but I had it for one of the consoles and didn't play it much due to work.

Madden 07 and on I've had a 360 and tried playing just offline and even online (playing with some of my old madden pc buddies) and the game just didn't have it. I've tried it pretty much every year from then on but I either play it at a buddies or i'll buy it when I see it used on sale somewhere. I honestly played it once or twice last year and after running a dive play where my running back trucked over two d-lineman and a couple linebackers I declared the game fucked and never played it again.

The leagues I played in were better then anything you've ever played it and I can guarentee you I played it a ton more then you ever did.

Of course I can finish a league, but why am I going to play in a league with a game that sucks? Enjoy your time in the sun because if EA ever fixes Madden and all the true players come back you'll be back at the bottom of the food chain.
