No, my PC doesn't have the power to run it. I am waiting for The Old Republic to upgrade or get a new one.

ok i think he meant so many people having problems running it. Yes you need a new machine to run this game.

Great story.....very in depth but I am intrigued and sucked in.

Take a moment to listen to the back end of the game review that someone posted in the Duke Nukem Forever thread. He referenced a review of The Witcher II from GameInformer

Long story short: the guy doing the video review of DNF thought that games should be reviewed based off all of their parts. If you read that review, there are plenty of negative statements that make you wonder why in the world the reviewer gave it a 9.25.

My comment is actually in a positive light. Its the best looking game I've seen, and the GI interviewer agrees. While I think blindly ignoring some parts of a game is wrong in a review, I can see why the guy gave it such a high score. Its probably one of the best looking games out there, and the story looks very interesting and is getting rave reviews as well. I'm definitely going to at least try it when I upgrade my computer.

Thats my problem, and you think I would fix it because I love strategy games and I've missed quite a few because of it. With all the games I play on the consoles there just hasn't been a "must own" for me that involves the time/money spent on the PC. As a huge Star Wars fan, the Old Republic changes that. I'm going to hate myself for it, because I'll have some games to catch up on when I finally do upgrade.

Made some serious progress today. I am in Chapter 3/3. I probably have a few hours left. Great story.

I would estimate 20-30 hours. It was a bit shorter than the first one. I did a lot of the side shit as it was very cool and interesting. You could blow through it in probably 12-15 if you want to. Game was hard at first then got easier. I leveled up The Witcher so he was a bad ass swordsman. This is the easiest path to take. You can go the magic route or the alchemy route. By the end I was given the ability to perform finishing move s based on a fury bar. Build it up and you can kick some ass.

one thing to note is that they are many 3 ways to play the game and many decision trees available.
