The CPU on offense still is sucky.....owell. Gameplay feels great though....there will be some great user battles.
Nice to see mid 80s throwing accuracy is not elite anymore...Comment

I dunno about playmaker DURING a play...I thought that was only in madden a few yrs ago.Comment

This game is damn impressive out of the box.
I played default Heisman with the only change being speed differential to 25 from 50 (a lot of guys at OS are using that setting).
I play 8 minute quarters.
In my first game: Ohio State (cpu) 42 Illinois 17.
I got the first TD of the game, but simply could stop Ohio State, just too big a differential in talent, but I never felt cheated.
Second game: Stanford 43 (cpu) Oregon 40.
This one went to four OT series. Andrew Luck threw a deep pass into my zone on 3rd and 15 to win the game. I was up 24-14 at one point but threw a bad INT that changed momentum.
So far on default Heisman, the only thing I might change is my pass blocking. The CPU gets a ton of sacks. I also feel that cpu passing could be better (Luck was 17-37 vs. the Ducks ... but clutch).
As others have noted, pass interference penalties (again ) are non-existent.
The presentation in this game is uttlerly unispiring. I kinda miss Coach Corso. My Twitch video link: http://www.twitch.tv/dave374000

Played some RTG last night, so far I think it's OK but it's not that much better than years past. Still playing my HS season (which is a nice addition) but I find the playcalling to still be really bad (team only calls about 7-10 diff plays, most running, I'm a WR) and my team's QB is a complete fucking retard.
The camera angle for a WR is kind of shit, cause if you are running a screen you have no idea when the QB is going to throw since you can't see him. All of a sudden the ball will just whip into the screen so if you aren't ready you will take the ball off the grill.
Even on D the camera is problematic, if the ball is thrown beyond you, you're fucked cause there's no smooth way to keep running while the camera swings around like that. Terrible QA testers for this mode.
The gameplay is a pretty good step up from NCAA'11, but this mode made a much smaller leap forward. A shame. I'll see how things go once I get into the College ranks.
Was RTG boasted about during the development cycle? I didn't follow it. Just wondering if they hyped this mode alot or not. If they did, I'll have my doubts for Madden's superstar mode being worthwhile.Comment

I'm guessing the commentary is the same as it's been the past five years? I don't think I've heard anything new yet. Lame.
I'm not seeing that at all. The game looks great to me.Comment
