Mattum2 beats me with no time on the clock on this Michael Westbrook type play...
Rudi fumbles 2x on one play...
Alshon gives himself an assist for an 80 yarder vs Rudi...

For anyone having trouble with passing on AA or Heisman. Directional passing is a MUST this year. In year's past it was available, but, you didn't really have to use it. I read somewhere last night that you had to utilize it this year to be effective.
I just played a half. Boise State (me) @ Georgia. I was up 14-0 at half. Kellen Moore was 11-17, 152, 2 TD, 0 INT in the first half. All directional passing. Even had a sweet sideline grab thanks to placing the ball just out of reach of the CB. Try it and you will likely start having more success passing.
I am using OS secelite aa slider set, oc for western Michigan and have been averaging almost 500 yards passing a game, a lot of times you can throw the ball deep over the middle and lead the receiver to go right over the safety easy score.
If you don't directional pass, you will see a lot of lb's bat balls down, and db's come out of nowhere to knock the ball down.Comment

So, I started a dynasty with Bowling Green as the defensive coordinator using SECElite's sliders. Holy shit is the CPU RB cheesey as fuck. Had to lower that RB Ability a bit. Ryan Bass, had 5 carries for 240 yards in the first quarter. That motherfucker broken 6 tackles on one play and my defenders would literally stop at the line of scrimmage when I had a chance to tackle the dude. All of this while I actually committed to the run on all of the plays, and chose correctly. He was just a fucking beast on steroids or something.
Watching half the game is kind of lame though...I do get a big of enjoyment seeing the offense work and scoring.
Anyone else try being a DC? Seems as if everyone is being an OC. Just more fun when you are playing offense?Comment

Can someone repost secelite's sliders? OS is blocked for me at work and I'd like to see what he's got.
I've put a lot of time into testing sliders this year so that I understand how they work. It's quite a lengthy discussion so I can't repost it here. Here's my thread at Utopia if any of you are interested.

I can give you an example of how it has helped me. When passing over the middle people have complained about "Super LBs" jumping up and swatting the ball. When I hit up on the stick, it lofts the ball and drops it in over the coverage.
On a hitch route, I pull down on the stick and the ball is thrown at the WRs feet and isn't open for an INT or swat. It's worked wonders for me in just a half. You still have to make the right reads and find the passing windows. Obviously, I use left and right to lead the receiver which also helps if you see a LB or safety ready to blow up your receiver. You can lead him or throw behind him so that he makes the catch while falling to the ground and is susceptible to a drop after a monster hit.
I don't know what you do for each pass play, but, I always identify the coverage (i.e. Cover 1, Cover 2, Cover 3, Cover 4, Man, Cover 6, etc.) After I do that, I identify, based off the routes who is likely to be open based off the defense and select that player as my #1 read - regardless of what the play art says. Then, if I don't like any routes against that defense, I hot route a player to a favorable route or just call TO and pick a new play.Comment

Recruiting is painfully boring/slow. How reliable is CPU recruiting? I kinda wish I could pick the prospects, and the CPU would do the work to get a prospect to commit.Comment

Put the people you want on your recruiting board, turn off recruiting board assistance. CPU wont be allowed to add/remove players.Comment

Alright. Going to set NCAA down until they match a few things.
- The roster issue is a mess.
- Sim stats are still awful.
I deleted my roster file and just went with the default. I'm seeing maybe 30 RBs get over 1000 yards with about a max of 1500 yards? I'm seeing passing numbers down as well. Receiving seems to be teetering on "good" and you could easily see it being low on some seasons. Total tackles is very very low. I'm seeing a cap at about 110. VERY low on sacks (maxed out at 12 with only 2 guys over 10 sacks...last year, there were 20 players around the country with over 10). A little high on INTs. Average NET Punting is fucking brutal. Not a single punter has had over 40 Yards per Net Punt. Brutal.
The roster issue just fucks up actual game play, although, the game did play well enough on default rosters.
Fuckin Ay.
