[360] WTF?!? Where are my points?

Ok, so I added 8000 MS points (two 4000 point cards) to my Live account just last week. I only had 10 points on my account (more on that later). So I had 8010. I bought Torchlight (800pts), (MLB Bobblehead Pros (800pts), a L4D add-on(240pts?) an add-on for Red Faction (400pts). That's 2000pts by my math. So I should have 5770pts, right? Well I log on today to download the Bastion demo and I see I have 10pts?!? I checked my download history and there isn't anything there that I haven't downloaded myself...except one thing that I will mention in a bit.

Now I remember that when I came back from vacation last month I noticed that I only had 10pts on my account. I thought that was strange because I could've sworn I had at least a couple hundred points. Plus I never leave myself with some weird amount of points like 10, but I figured that may have been from the Xbox Live Rewards program, although I think they dole out points in amounts of 100? The other weird thing I noticed is that, and I posted about this, FIFA 11 showed up on my profile and I have never played that game...ever. I had also received an e-mail from EA thanking me for signing up for some FIFA 11 team management or team builder thing. I checked around the 'net and asked in my post on this site what that was and everything I was told was that it was a free add-on...if you own the game. I didn't own the game but I figured if it was free and nothing showed in my download history I was fine.

So now I need to call Xbox.

they can see which consoles have accessed the account and if one id is suspicious im sure they will check it out and give you your points + additional stuff maybe

LOL. I apparently forgot to edit that when I added the L4D add on that I forgot I initially.

Anyway, update. I called them and after speaking to a supervisor it appears as though someone compromised my Windows Live ID. And with so many sites that use that who knows where it happened. Turns out they have used 7000 points on two separate days all on FIFA 11 in-game downloads. I can't beloved that much DLC exists for one game but it is EA so I shouldn't be so surprised. Because the purchases were made in-game they don't show up in my download or purchase history. Pretty dumb if you ask me.

So I changed my password, they took my credit card off my account (even though they said it actually wasn't tied to it) and now I just wait until the escalation team contacts me. They said they are very backed up with similar issues so it could be up to three weeks. Awesome.

That would be cool if they could actually track down the actual console and at the very least ban that fuck. I just want my points back so I can get Trenched and play with Brnt and HeelsWX.

That's the funny thing. No cheevo pts! How can u play the game under my profile and download so much extra shit, I'm guessing to pump up your teams attributes, and not at least unlock some cheevos for me?!?

Says the guy that told me the only way the game could show up on my profile was if someone played it on MY Xbox and there was no other way.

It's not about having a shitty or good password. Because in MS's infinte wisdom they use your Windows Live login and password on all kinds of sites. I could've logged in any countless number of places and had my shit lifted. Then they recovered my profile on another 360 and downloaded all this bullshit soccer garbage using my points.
