I have the last mission ahead of me now. So close to finally finishing this beast.

My apologies to Pad, Jay and Brink last night (mostly Pad and Jay though) but I couldn't deal with what Brink was doing. I've said countless times that unlike you guys I still haven't finished teh game so I want to actually click on all the objectives so that I can see the funny anectdotes and stuff in the game. For a while Jay was just running from objective to objective and clicking on anything just to blow through teh missions. No bueno. He stioped and just went back to stealing all the good loot as soon as it drops. But Brink, in his drunken state last night, really fucked me. As you guys know, there are several missions in teh game that have additional and optional requirements. If you complete those optional requirements you get better loot, bonuses, etc. Well, we're in Sanctuary and I have to do that mission where I go around toown and talk to everyone (optional) before talking to Claptrap and I also had teh murder investigation side mission. Brink runs around and starts clicking on shit and I totally missed out on the bonuses. Luckily I was able to quit out to the XMB and none of it saved.

It also didn't help that I ran into a few glitches that really pissed me off, most notably the one involving

 

TK Baha's niece and the gun blueprints.

It was either just a glitch or Jay giving me wrong info, or a combination of both, but I ended up out 200k. I was not happy. That entire mission was bullshit anyway considering there is nothing that would indicate what you would have to do. Apparently everyone has found the solution on the internet. I understand it's a side mission but that's just bad game design, which is not consistent with the rest of the game.

I would also like to say that going back

 

to Fyretsone was fucking awesome. Being able to revisit TK Baha's house, the bandit camp, Dr. Zed's shack and the place where you initially get dropped off by the bus in Borderlands 1 is epic. It reminded me of revistiting the Ishimura in Dead Space 2.

I didn't grab most of the good shit to be honest.

Since we were backtracking to some of the older sidemissions, most of the loot was 10-to-15 levels below us and any Purples were sold for money.

I just scooped up money and Eridium for the most part... I don't think these was a single Orange of the bunch and the only Pinks I saw came from when Pad and I divvied up keys for the Skull Chest in Sanctuary.

And even that loot wasn't that great to be honest.

Also, while there was the one loot chest of just Commando mods that I didn't touch, you're selfish ass took one of the four Mechromancer mods that I may have needed out of the Mechro Only box.
