This game looks good. Still trying to figure out which console to get it on.

I didn't play much of the first one before trading it in (I no longer trade games in). It didn't seem to get a hold of me but I'll admit, I didn't give it much a chance. After trying to play Afro Samurai (read about it in Random Arcade Thread), I am DL'ing the game from PSN for free. I also saw that the DLC is 50% off. If I get all the DLC "Boderlands Add-On Extravasplosion Bundle" for $10, how does it work in the game if you haven't played it yet? Does it show from the beginning or does it appear when appropriate....anyone know?

If you DL the DLC into the game, the starting hubs for each DLC piece shows up on your Hub List (places like Fyrestone, Skag Gully, etc.).

You just select one of them to warp to whatever location you'd like to play in.

I.E., they're available immediately as soon as you get the teleporter/New-U station open in-game.

I know the Moxxi and Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC scale to your character while Secret Armory of General Knoxx starts at Level 35 on the first playthough.

No idea about Claptrap Revolution but it's recommended you play that after Knoxx from what I've heard.

NHL goes back tomorrow, I pay off the rest on Monday and for the first time in years, I'm hitting up the Midnight Release.

STRIKE Team may burn it all to the ground but I'm gonna destroy the planet.

Just get the Extravapolosion bundle. It's all four packs for $10 which is insane. EacH DLC was $10 alone.

                          From their Twitter Handle:

@GearboxSoftware Each Golden Key can only be used once total, not per character.

It looks like I'm not using it until my second playthrough then.

Yeah I'm going to get that but wanted to know how it was incorporated into gameplay if you hadn't played the game from the start.
