The box has random loot. I opened it at level 11 and got 2 purple sniper rifles. I've only seen the box in Sanctuary so far.

There is ONE box and the treasure changes depending on what level you are or where you are in the game. Like others have already stated, if you are at the beginning of the game you'll just get some cool level 3 loot, or some shit like that. If you wait until the end of your playthrough you'll probably get some purple or orange item that is fucking infinitely more awesome.

Really? The last time a promo thing didn't come through for me, I asked them about it, go the promo within an hour, and they gave me a $10 credit for the hassle.

Also, got my copy through Amazon and had the promo shit before the game even arrived.

Man, my rule of always playing through solo first might be a problem here. This game has given me FAR more challenge than the previous one did. I just finished a major story section and am seriously exhausted after it playing solo as Zero.

As for being on-topic: Just got my Salvador to Level 12 with Padman after Handle had to bolt.

Brink wasn't fucking around about the steep Level Cap climb after you reach Level 10... I think Pad and I cleared like 5 areas and mowed over respawned waves a few times to make sure and grind for XP.

We were more likely to find better gear than anything else (not a negative except I'm going to have to respec for more ammo/ammo regen because 'Zerking empties all my clips in a heartbeat.

Grr, can't wait to come home and play some co-op. That's if anyone is even playing still in March.
