Yeah i got a bunch of friend who play madden every year, but aren't as hardcore as i am about it. They have no idea that such a thing as season pass even exists.

Looks to me like it means you can BUY two of these per ps3. Not buy one and use it on two accounts. Keyword they have there is Purchase.

Exactly. It's as shady as it sounds.

Edit: I guess it's to stop people from buying a bunch and reselling them. That's the only reason that would make sense. And it's two per email, is what i ment to type.

I got it, its basically 5$ for a 3 day rental on 5 diff EA games, all of which I either buy or am interested in buying... now I will play them for 3 days before I decide on the full purchase, worth it IMO.

6PM is when you can start downloading it for the PS3. For Xbox 360, they have been able to download since mid-morning.

To be honest, I'm glad I caved. I don't have to spend the weekend pissed off because others are playing the game and I'm not, and I don't have to drive two hours to Toronto hoping like hell I can find a store that will sell it to me early.

Okay Dave.. Is the game worth the purchase ( I have it pre-ordered at GS) or should I just stick with APF or 2k12? (2k5 with 2011 rosters)
