Anyways, in order to share:

1. Create account (unless u dont mind people logging into your main account)
2. Sign up for PS Network
3. Purchase EA Pass on that account and download madden (dont have to let it finish, just start it)
4. Log out and back into your main account where the download will finish
5. Give who ever you are sharing the shit with the email and pass to the account
6. They log into the account, go to recent downloads, start the download then log out and let it finish on their main account so someone else can login and get it

I have done this with the fight night demo, COD map packs etc...

Itll work. Really no way to police it unless they start making DLC useable only on one account but that will never happen since PS3's share accounts.

Can't share the season ticket because it doesn't show up on your downloads list after you buy it.

Also, people likely won't be able to share Madden based on the fact that you can't share downloaded PS3 retail games like Infamous.

I guess it depends if they tie the download to your PS3's MAC address or something.

I'm sure someone will try it.
