There are a lot of XBLA games that are good girlfriend games, depending on how good your girlfriend is. Ilo Milo is good and simple to start, Tomb Raider is good but requires a little experience on her part. My girlfriend loved Costume Quest and Fable 2, although those aren't obviously games you can play together.
