WTF is up with punting? SRS u cant return any punts cause the CPU completly fucks up all attempts at catching.

This forum has bitched about everything and in the CB everyone says this is cheese or thts cheese, will punting to fuck with the AI is cheese. I used to punt like that then I realzied how fucked up it was then i stopped.

I have lost so much interest in this game now.

If I'm not mistaken, that's against the rules. Or at least I know it was before when we were on MM/Vetz. Since we've came here to VSN, I haven't seen any rules posted and they are slowly being fazed out by new people who didn't know what they were, or those who just don't care.

Another thing I see people do is manually moving the safety pass the LB's or LB to the DL outside of normal shifts. I know that use to be against the rules too but I still see people trying to shoot through the A gaps every other play.

It is what it is though. I ignore the shady ones, and I hardly play people here outside of league games anyway since it's hard to find a game.

the rules that follow the "Old School MMers" is in the 220 Sub Forum. pretty sure its in Tuckerdon Forums too. Clutch is similiar but not the same, just a little bit more can be done with some things.

But you hit on the head Realist.....with the younger guys playing their style. its the only problem, but we are older and we are used to playing each other with same rules embedded in our head.
fortunately, i/you/we dont have to play most of them unless its a league game. i did join and got go for Madden War site (aka MaddenPad). havent played anybody there yet but looking forward to playing with the All Madden setting. which another reason i prefer not play randoms.

i dont like seeing certain things with the "Newer Style" of play but it does please me, when I beat them playing totally str8 up with Old School Rules :D

oh, i love that the overload LB shooting the A gap from certain formations!!! its great Defense play calling
