OK fellas, I have been thinking about doing this for some time now. What's going to happen, or at least I hope there is interest in this happening is this. I need 25 users to create a player. This player will then be placed on a created team. This team can be called team VSN or whatever we end up deciding. I will make a lineup and rotation with the created players and will broadcast all of our games.
You want to make yourself to be the next Bonds, Ichiro, C.C. Sabathia, Mariano Rivera? Here is your chance. Most likely we will not have any superstars on the squad. There will be constant changes to the lineup depending on who is hot and who is cold. We need 13-14 everyday players and 11-12 pitchers. Use the following format for submitting your guy. I will be using MLB 09 The Show. There are new options as far as accessories. Sunglasses, eye black, gloves in back pocket.
Season length, AL or NL and any other issues will be discussed and majority vote will determine. Please, be active in this. I suggest 300+ posts only but I will make an exception if you have a good rep or seem to be genuinely interested.
