Target this week (5/18-24) is giving 3x TIV for select video games. GTA V (PS3) will get you a little over $54. I believe you have to use it to buy something in the Electronics section (it's called an Electronic Gift Card). Some people buy something and return it at CS and get a Target gift card (good for the whole store).

*Unlike GS & BB, it has to have everything in order to get full value.

Edit: Seems FL Target stores can't issue gc, so you have to get something in Electronics. I traded in GTA:V, Lego Marvel, NHL14 (PS3) for $137.55 on Target gc. Not bad since I got all 3 for $140. Basically, I rented them for almost half a year for $2.

Yeah, that's pretty nuts. Time to trade in that shitty XBOne Madden.

For some reason I can't find Borderlands 2 on the list. I find it hard to believe they take Gamecube, PS2, etc game but don't take that. Considering I bought two copies for PS3 and then ended up getting the game free from PS+ I was going to trade in one.

/\/\/\ That is odd that neither BL are on the list. Some people are getting lucky and trading in more than the limit of 3. One guy on CAG said he traded in $700 and flipped it for $1600. I'm sure the guy, who allowed that (if true) will be out of a job today. Target is selling South Park Stick of Truth for $40 and giving $54 to buy it back.

edit: Target caught on...South Park now gets you back $30.

better jump on this...cause I am sure this will be the last time Target does this. Some of those crazy J00s at CAG will ruin it for everyone.

This is why we can't have nice things.

I like sites like CAG and Slick Deals (although I don't think I've ever used the latter), but man do they know how to fuck up a good thing.

Yeah games are dropping in value or being taken off the list. I got ~55 for GTA V yesterday, now it will get you $45. You have to check CAG every morning to jump on the deals before a handful of people kill it.

edit: I should have gotten Nascar 14 at Target, when I saw it on clearance for $14 (it's now back to MSRP). I read online that it was buggy, so I decided against it. It will get you $36.
