Probably. I bought a new PS3 copy for $10 last year at Best Buy.

I will warn that if you are a completionist like me you'll most likely run into terrible frame rate issues in the last third of the game for the PS3 version. I'd advise against buying any of the DLC until you get a decent way into the story to see if you encounter those problems. I feel like I wasted money because I bought Dead Money and Honest Hearts before the game became just about unplayable.

I just got it for $10 last week so I'll pass. I did however pick up MK for Vita. Best Buy price match FTW.
