I think JMS was confused, or just dense. The MS Store had a ton of games on CLEARANCE. That's where I got Lost Planet 3, Fuse and a few others for dirt cheap. LP3 was $12 for instance and Fuse was $10. Stores like Best Buy are still selling those games for like $40 I believe.

But like Swarley said by this point anything remotely decent has been sold out for a while.
