On a lighter note, found out another quick-money spot (you gotta spend some dough for it though)...

Buy up the Sonar Collections Dock for about a quarter million.

You get a free submarine and you can use it to troll the ocean floor for toxic waste barrels.

30 barrels to collect and each one gives you a sizeable reward that you turn into stock options or what-have-you.

EDIT: $23,000 per barrel to equal out about $690,000.
