Man fuck my manager. I have one day left for my current advancement goals, and I need 1 more RBI to meet all of them. And my manager won't let me play in the game. :/

The face work on the Cubs at least is amazing.

From nothing but reading about them at OS. I'd say they are C+ to solid B.

Some of the mistakes are just terrible. Wrong numbers. Guys absolutely sucking that shouldn't. Potentials being off(Javier Baez being a B not an A when he's universally seen as a stud 'spect) etc. Just seems liek some of these guys sign up to edit them with no real clue about the team.

Little stuff anyone should be able to get right(like numbers being right or wrong) seems off at times.
This sounds pretty homeristic to me.

Minor league ball has him as a B level prospect:

Baseball Prospects has him at 4/5 stars:

                    #61 on Baseball America's list.
                    #95 on Keith Law's list.

The consensus sure doesn't sound like an A level prospect to me. I think they got it right with a B.

But each team is given a couple A prospects. So even if the farm system sucks they still will have some. Usually Top 5 prospects in farm system get the A potential rating.

Always gotta go 1 letter grade up with The Show potential scale and websites.
Why should every team have a few A prospects. Not every farm system is equal. Just because a player is the best prospect in the White Sox's system, doesn't make him an A prospect; because lets me honest he probably wouldn't be on most teams top 10.

There's no point in trying to balance each teams system so they're equal, each major league teams ratings aren't equal. Why should the farms be? This is like how in the old Madden games, every team would have their first round pick in the first draft, even though some teams had traded away the pick in the prior draft. Simply retarded, parity for no reason.

Bottom line, Javier Baez isn't an A prospect, he's still in rookie ball..

                        Not really.

On the game Rizzo is an "A". Jackson is pretty well regarded as an A as well. Baez is ranked ahead of one or both of those guys by some sites. I think one rating has Rizzo as a 60 on the 80 scale, Baez as a 65.

Relative to where Baez ranks with two other A's in the game. Baez is an A.

                        But whatever.

Easy for you to say when you have like 5 A's on the Brewers farm team in thos roster.

is an A prospect IRL the same as an A prospect in the game? I wonder if they have simulated 5-10 years down the line to see how they develop. If an A prospect in the game always becomes a stud...not too sure about that.

I went ahead and started again. This time I added the injuries to Upton, Fuld and Farnsworth manually.

I go CBC with the closer role anyway, so it just means that Joel Peralta and Fernando Rodney will likely see more action in high leverage situations, along with JP Howell.

Jennings moves to CF till Upton is back. Bradon Guyer was brought up from Durham and Elliot Johnson was also brought up from Durham. Based off of that, I have the most versatile roster I think I have ever assembled. Almost everyone plays 3+ positions. Sean Rodriguez plays them all except for catcher lol.

I would argue that Rizzo is the one incorrectly ranked, not Baez. And the same for the Brewer's prospects, that's a bad farm system right now.

None of the Cubs prospects = A Potential but they have to go to someone and with Baez being Top 5 he deserves the A potential in the Cubs farm system.
The operation sports guys are the ones changing the rosters for these prospects. They can get rid of the A potential players if not needed, no? It's ridiculous to think that there are 150 "A" prospects in MLB right now, just not realistic.
