Sadly no. I never played that game so I didn't put any in.
You can change some of the names of the players though if you want to. Pretty quick and painless.Comment

This game can cause some headaches. Longoria is still out for 1-2 months for me and I call up Will Rhymes to fill the roster spot since he can play multiple positions and can swap in and out with SRod at 2nd and 3rd when Keppinger needs a rest.
Well, Will Rhymes tears a calf muscle and is out 2-3 months AND Sam Fuld suffered an ACL sprain that will keep him out 3-4 weeks.
I brought up Brandon Guyer and Elliot Johnson. They are the only MLB-ready guys I have right now to fill those positions. Any other injuries in the field and it'll mean a trip to the FA market or a minor-trade to hold me over.
Those moves left AAA Durham without enough guys, so, Hak-Ju Lee is heading to Durham with Jeff Salazar. Tim Beckham will shift from 2B and become the starting SS in AA Montgomery and Drew Vettleson and Tyler Goeddel were called up from Class-A Charlotte to Montgomery. Jesus, injuries cause a real domino effect lol.Maddon & Friedman: Pissing off the AL East since 2008

So close to pitching a CG shutout with my RTTS pitcher. Allowed my first run in the top of the 9th with 2 outs. Also had 11 k's to go along with the win and improved to 13-0.

I went ahead and signed Matsui, figured I might as well do it, to a 1-year deal and put him in AAA Durham. I will likely keep him down for 5-10 games and then bring him up and send Guyer back down.Maddon & Friedman: Pissing off the AL East since 2008

Just played the White Sox in the home opener of a 3-game set and won 6-4. Matt Moore went 7.0 innings allowing just 2 runs for his 5th win of the season.
Luke Scott left the game in the 5th inning sliding into second. He is out 2-3 weeks with a pulled calf and is on the 15-day DL. This actually forces me to call up Matsui earlier than I anticipated.
EDIT: Because Matt Moore wears #55, the game gave Matsui #57. I don't know if I like it, I may give him #45 instead. #57 is just not aesthetically pleasing
EDIT 2: After simming a game I got a pop-up that Chris Archer is out for a month due to a fractured wrist. My injury slider is at default. Is anyone else noticing a lot of injuries?Maddon & Friedman: Pissing off the AL East since 2008

Just had a amazing game against the Yankees in New York. Down 3-1 for most of the game, I was able to tie the game up at 3-3 with a BJ Upton 2-run HR in the 6th inning. The Yankees come back in the bottom half of the inning and put another run on the board for a 4-3 lead.
Top of the 7th inning and I score 3 runs to take a 6-4 lead. Josh Lueke works a perfect 7th and 8th for me. I decide to go with Fernando Rodney in the 9th. Rodney gets the first batter, then allows a walk and single. I had Farnsworth working the pen - just in case and bring him in with men on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out.
With 1st base open, I walk Brett Gardner so I can have a force out at any base. Next batter is Derek Jeter. First pitch is down and in, Jeter hits it on the ground to 3rd and Keppinger (Longoria is on the DL) turns and fires to 2nd and Zobrist then flips it to 1st base for the 5-4-3 double play and the 6-5 victory. WHEW! What a game!
Had the draft right after the game:
1 - jimmy kirby, c, a pot
2 - ramiro cruz, rp, b pot
3 - adam tejada, cf, ? pot
4 - william anthony, ss, ? pot
This trade also was completed in my franchise:
Giants get: sp max scherzer (27 yo, b pot, 9 value pts) & rp daniel schlereth (25 yo, c pot, 3.9 value pts) total pts received: 12.9
Tigers get: 1b angel villalona (21 yo, b pot, 4.8 value pts) & cf gary brown (23 yo, a pot, 8 value pts) total pts received: 12.8Maddon & Friedman: Pissing off the AL East since 2008

It is mid-June right now and the Yankees are 6.5 games up and I am 1.5 gb of Texas for the WC. Wanted some advice as I am looking to move Matt Joyce. He is 26, b pot, but, his current ratings are D's and F's across the board so he may not progress to a "B" before he begins his decline. His numbers right now are pretty bad. .163 avg, .259 obp, .275 slg%. I would like to add a 2B and start playing Zobrist out in RF and possibly add a long-term answer at the Catcher position.Maddon & Friedman: Pissing off the AL East since 2008
