I have been proud of myself. Haven't bought an XBLA game for quite a while. I know some are pretty good but I buy them, play them once and then end up running out of spending cash and wonder why that is.

I need to get Castle Crashers. I've been putting it off over and over again. I still have the trial sitting there, just waiting for me to click "Unlock Full Game"

That game is a lot of fun. If you get it then I will have a reason to fire it up.

3 on 3 NHL Arcade is honestly my favorite game right now. Arcade or not, it is a ton of fun and playing people online gets to be hilarious.

One of my buddies just bought the actual arcade game NBA Jam T.E. out of nowhere. Had a few buddies and I over and it was sitting in the middle of his living room. So so so good.

Hasbro Game Night available

At first I was excited, yet skeptical, because I saw that the download was free. Then my skepticism prevailed when I noticed that once you boot up the 'game' you are taken to a screen that lists six or seven games including Boggle, Connect 4, Trivial Pursuit, etc. There are only a few games available now and the rest are 'Coming Soon'. The ones that are available are 800pts ($10) each. Fuck...that.

So I guess $5 games are a thing of the past already? I can't remember the last time they release a $5 game on the service. It seems that they gradually ramped up the price to $10 without people even noticing. It's pretty much bullshit considering a lot of these games are only worth $5.

I guess it won't be long before we're paying $20 for everything.
