[PS3] Favourite party games?

I'm looking to buy some good party/split-screen co-op games that I can play with friends and what not. Preferably an adventure style game? I know me and my buddy really enjoyed beating Resident Evil 5 on co-op so something along those lines would be perfect.

Never can go wrong with Mario Party. I would throw in Mario Kart and Smash Bros. as well.
