Did you ever completely platinum Jak? I still want to get that. I 100%ed 1 and 3 (which was my favorite), but never 2.

Platinum'd the first two J&D and I'm currently working on 3 which IMO, is the best out of the series.

Jak II was fucking brutal with the checkpoints!

My basic feeling with it all. Jak3 is so damn good. Jak II is great, but it feels a little clunky and old compared to Jak3. And yeah, the checkpoints...flashbacks.

I'd also like to add (and this might change after I play the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection) as of this moment, Jak & Daxter is my favorite HD remake.

The gameplay, dialog, Daxter himself, etc. is just awesome.

I love how Sony keeps pumping out HD remakes, gives people like myself a chance to play them since I neglected to during my PS1/PS2 era.

I think that I'm more of a R&C guy myself, but I can respect that. I love the Jak games. And in retrospect you can really see ND growing through each game to where they are today.

I would guess the GoW collections are my favorite to this point but I haven't played J&D yet obviously. I have a feeling R&C is going to take the top spot for me rather easily though.

Absolutely loving R&C. Easy controls to pick up, the weapons are so different which makes them fun to switch between, and the graphics are pretty smooth for a platformer. All in on this game

Weak. But it's hard to be angry with the free games they've been giving away.

I just hope I don't regret passing up on the HotD 3 and Jurassic Park discounts.
