Your online experience...

I have played two games. Both had lag which pretty much killed the gameplay. These were two random games. Gonna play some vsners later to see how it goes. So far not good.

How bad could you say it was. This would probably affect weather or not I will buy a PS3 in a month or two when the PS3 price goes down.

My roommate really wants to take the game back solely because he's been trying to play online all day and all 9 of the games he's played have been unplayable due to lag. Hopefully it's only because there are so many people trying it out right now but it reminds me of *shrug* 2k8.

I'm thinking it's just the amount of people on...Cause, yesterday I played The Show 08 and it was fine.

really dont think you can compare 08 and 09 for something like this.

well not entirely the same server. I mean MLB 2k7 didnt have lag and 2k8 had horrible lag. It could have something to do with the way the game is made too.

did anyone notice that the online graphics look like piss compared to offline?

Anyone run into this: I played this guy online last night..........and I swear he PAUSED before every pitch! No lie. He paused before every flippin' pitch. His timing meter ran out in about the 7th inning. I had never run into anything like that before.

I don't know if the pause resets your pitch power or something, but it was brutal.

Was he doing a quick pause? People do that to try and get you to accidentally throw a pitch which would be easier for them to hit.

Is the lag bad only on certain peoples connection or is it always bad?
