i was thinking about renting this at redbox. i was listening to giantbomb, they said the game starts off good, then kind of tails off. i wish the military library had this to rent.....

this game is pretty cool. alot of hunting and crafting. trying to hunt with a assault rifle or handgun is a pain in the ass.finally got 3 weapons unlocked in my holster

This isn't true, I've taken down an entire enemy camp with 3 arrows by just picking them back up. I had no ammo for any of my other guns at the time.

Got my map completely open and have been knocking out the enemy camps so I can get started on the death contracts and finish up the path of the hunter contracts in peace.... well as peaceful as hunting an Undying Bear can be...

So what kind of loadouts are you guys using right now?

Mine:
6P9 handgun with upgraded sights and suppressor
STG90 assault rifle with red dot
Recurve Bow with marksman sight
M-700 sniper rifle with suppressor and high powered scope

I've been using the bow and my silenced 6P9 the whole game thus far and have started using sniper rifles and SMGs as my other two spots. The Z93 sniper rifle and the Vector .45 ACP SMG as of now. Z93 is worthy

Having every gun with it's suppressor is a must.

Just took out the sawmill and the weapons stash. Was pretty fun scouting the area out for a good while and trying to come up with a plan of attack. Suppressed sniper and my bow came in handy on that mission.

I've just started using the sniper rifle to take out entire camps.

GG with Mr. JHen and Handle on the first Co-Op mission.

It's basically stop-and-pop with some objective based challenges intertwined at points.

 

Bomb planting on a bridge while fending off Heavies and Snipers that can kill you in two shots...

Rivalry Bomb Planting via ATVs was rad though; if you bump into someone else, they drop their bomb.

It's a neat diversion and you can use the little trinkets you earn to unlock XP, gear and gifts you can send to your e-buddies online.
