So, I got back into this after taking a break for like a week to play a few other games. This game is crazy long. Every time I think I'm about to get to the second island, nope. I keep completing mission after mission for

and I'm still not there yet. The missions have been great though. I loved the "Definition of insanity". Soooooo good.

Finally making some progress in this game. Got to the second island and climbed every radio tower. Now I'm just working my way through the outposts and then I'll finish the story.

I think I have like eight skill points ready to use but i want to wait until I unlock some of the other abilities, which only unlock by completing story missions. The takedown/knife throw is pretty fucking awesome.

On the second island now. I've unlocked all of the towers and several of the outposts. I think I have maybe seven or eight of those left, four lost letters and four memory cards. I checked my stats and it says I'm 76% done and I've put almost 27hrs into the game.

And oh yeah, I finally unlocked that fucking Taxophilite trophy. Now the only one I know will be a pain is the fucking poker one. I don't like poker, or any card games, thus I'm terrible. It's going to be so tedious.

There's a side quest in which the objective is the exact same as the achievement.

I was just telling Swarley this second island is no joke., The mercs are aggressive as hell and they seem to come out of the woodwork if you're even just spotted strolling down the road. Plus every outpost has multiple heavies and the Wanted side quests require you to take down multiple leaders. The hunting side quests are a bitch too. Three bears with a pistol?!?

yeah I put down about 2-3 outposts on 2nd island then tucked my tail between my legs and went back, bought a map for Relics and loot, getting my money up and doing side missions so I can max out my weapons with the attachments I want and need, besides, if I finish the last story mode mission then I won't end up playing anymore, so I wanna get the other stuff done before I continue
