Oh God no not a season pass. What will people ever do without the most tacked on multiplayer in the history of video games. If they made mulitplayer EXACTLY play like single player and just have you spot assassins based soley off there movement and allow you to kill all you see, that might be fun, but the crap theyve been dealing us Ill sell my season pass on ebay.

It's episodic content, which leads me to believe it'll be single player DLC, not MP.

I don't have any problem with season passes. Nobody has to buy one, but for the people who are already going to purchase all of the DLC, it's nice that they can get a little bit of a discount.

Well now thats just completely different. Ill keep the shit out of my season pass if this is the case. Ive never minded season passes in any games, as it keeps us out of the not being able to play used game discussion for a while longer, but if the season pass is for such a shitty multiplayer, well then thats just fucking bonkers lol.

Speaking of which, which version are you getting? I'm guessing 360. I probably won't get it day one but when I do get it I'm going PS3 again. I can't pass up the exclusive extra content. More AC is always a better thing.

I'd like a little more information on the exclusive content before I decide to go with the PS3 version. I have all 4 other AC games on Xbox, so I'd like to keep them together. And not day 1?? Wtf?

I haven't bought the past two on day one. I haven't even played them yet! And now Revelations is $10. That's what I paid for it though, but still.

I would imagine they are going to go back and give exclusive missions to the PS3 version like they did with Brotherhood. They were pretty sweet from what I understand. It's not like they can give away AC1 again.

PS3-exclusive Assassin's Creed 3 DLC adds an hour of content

A tiny bit of light has been shed on the PS3-exclusive DLC for Assassin's Creed 3, according to box art posted on Amazon UK. According to said art, the PlayStation 3 version of Assassin's Creed 3 will include an additional hour of gameplay, which sounds like just about enough to encompass a meaty mission or two. Ubisoft has confirmed to Joystiq that this is indeed the DLC Sony announced during E3, and not additional content beyond what has already been revealed.

Sony and Assassin's Creed have something of a history when it comes to exclusive content, with the PS3 getting exclusive launch DLC for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and later hosting an exclusive beta for Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

I have all the other games, except for the first one, on PS3 because they all had exclusive content. I was going to get the PS3 version of this anyway but this just makes things that much sweeter. This sounds like it's the best exclusive to date. Plus, I'm guessing that there will probably be some sort of compatibility between the PS3 and Vita versions.
