Just bought the Charleston Assassin's robe. That navy blue looks good.

The the past 3 games I've always gone with some sort of black and red, but I felt that the navy blue suited this setting.Comment

The more I play this game the more I'm starting to really like it. I think the fact that it's a rather slow starter coupled with my ridiculously high expectations (since this is my 2nd favorite series on this gen) kind of made it pretty meh at the start. But the more I play side missions and go through the story, the more I'm enjoying it.Comment

How to unlock all outfits in AC3 (including Altaïr's and Ezio's).

Just finished the game. There are plenty of good things and bad things about it. I loved the combat in this one. I thought it was a good step forward (and I loved that tomahawk). Now for the not so great things. I didn't like that some things that I loved about previous games seemed to be missing. They took out buying and building places and earning money. They took out most of the platforming puzzles. You could always count on at least a few good platforming puzzles in the previous games, but they weren't really present this time around. The story started SO slow. The twist at the beginning was nice, but I don't feel like it was worth it for all that time invested.
Connor was an interesting character. He was just so different from Ezio and even Altaïr. Connor really had his own agenda. His main focus was his people, and then the brotherhood. He also didn't seem to have a 'code' or whatever you might call it like Ezio had. Connor was just flat out brutal in his fighting, which was a nice change. I really missed the throwing knives. I didn't find the bow and arrow as enjoyable as those were. I dunno, it's just different going from Ezio, who was 100% brotherhood and fought for their history and future no matter the cost. Then you come to Connor who has a lot of personal things he's after first and foremost, and then the brotherhood seems to come second. I really wished they would have used more of the history of the brotherhood than they did. During Ezio's games there was quite a bit of that present, and it was pretty interesting, but Achilles and Connor really never went into that much. It's definitely tough to follow one of the better characters of this generation in Ezio Auditore.
I have to say, that's not how I expected this first trilogy to end. I will hand it to Ubisoft, they sure know how to bring you back for the next game. Every damn game they end it with the massive fucking cliff-hanger lol. I'm ready to see what happens next and who it's going to involve. Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable game, but it's definitely not the best in the series. Of the 5 AC games, I'd put this one behind Brotherhood and 2.Comment

The slow start to this game has murdered me bad. I was planning on hashing out a good portion of this game over the weekend and I found that after 4 or 5 hours and just getting to the point where connor is a 19 year old I put the game down and went to something else out of frustration and bordom. WTF were they thinking. It also feels like I'm spending half my time watching cinematics. Oh well I will keep pressing on since everyone else is saying the same thing.
