Face it, Twigg... you're never going to pick up J&D.

    Douche.

I absolutely will. I just know that if I pay full price, which I don't doubt it's worth every penny, it will go on sale a week later. Because I never got it on day one because I knew I wouldn't have the chance to play it, it seemed silly to pay full price. I'm definitely getting it though. I don't doubt that the games are every bit as awesome as the R&C games.

I'm too lazy to read about it, have they fixed the controls in the older R&C games, particularly 1?

IDK about the eurogamer, but IGN said 1 was still clunky.

                  Amazon matched Gamestop's pre-order price of $29.99.

I wonder why they aren't releasing it until October if it is already review-ready. I am a little wary about going for this still despite this being my favorite franchise period. I don't know if I'll have any desire to play the first game since mechanically the sequels are all-around drastically improved versions of the previous title.

I don't know if any of you guys every played the Up Your Arsenal multiplayer but it was excellent for the time, really fun objective-based team game-modes with a great community. I doubt there will be as strong of a one for this but its still nice to see they included it.

So did I. Too bad they aren't offering 99¢ release day delivery.

The North American version is supposed to have some extras compared the European version. If you really wanted to play it now, you could just import it with no problem.

Where in the fuck did you see that? I think you're losing it dude.

Here's the entire page listing. Nothing about free release day shipping. I've never even heard of that on Amazon.

Ok, so the rumor is that Japan is getting Deadlocked HD as a PSN download so it is entirely possible that it will be included on the US disc. There is also another rumor from a blog of one of the Insomniac guys that the US version will come with a download code for the new PSN R&C game Full Frontal Assault, releasing around the same time as the HD collection. That would be fucking boss!
