Well to start out I just want to mess around on my own for a day or two, get back in the grove and get to know the new game. So I want to see everyone else's starter cities.

so I guess do a private region and then join a public one...thats how I imagine it will work.

Lefty, you should create a sub-forum in the Arcade for our VSN SimCity region. We can start planning out what region we want, do signups, start some city discussions and whatnot.
