brnts effort is a nice concept and and even better way to get himself cheap thanks...but in reality, its a waste of time. this forum doesnt support any games other than madden. even a blockbuster release like MW3 or BF3 generates about 2 weeks of activity and then it dies off.

i figure the way this will go is people will talk about it and how they look forward to it. Then when monday hits you will have 3 or 4 people per console show up and about twice as many claim "something came up"
the people that do show up will talk about how great it was, then after that....total fizzle

its funny how this site always want to try and be more of this type or that type of site...but doesnt do anything to make that happen. you can try the same thing 900 times, but if you dont have the people to support it, then its a waste of time

I didn't dispute it because it wasn't worth my time. Really couldn't care less if you're in or out on this. As long as we have people playing I'm happy.

And I don't really give a crap about "Thanks". I've never given it and don't really care if I ever get it.

We've got a solid rotation of 4 or 5 guys playing Borderlands and that's all it takes to make that game fun.

I believe they have a solid rotation of 5 or 6 in the racing league and jms and the boys love that.

If we only get 5 or 6 for Mondays it'll be a win. Who cares if it helps the site or not. It's a great idea and it's a cool way to get some online gaming in.

Exactly. Our Forza league has been going for what, like 3 months now. And Strike Team has been going on consistently with numerous different people over like 5 or so games since September. No reason we can't get a solid group of people for this, even if it isn't 16 people every week.

All I'm going to say is that if you don't want to be a part of the solution, then what's the point of being in here? Do you not think I'm well aware of previous failures in trying to do something like this?

As for only posting 4-player co-op games... If we get 4, 8, 12, or 16 people on together, that's a number of different games running simultaneously.

This first month will largely be extremely popular AAA titles that can connect a large userbase at the same time so I can get a feel for how many people are really interested in this whole thing.
