Well I caved and bought it. I liked what I played earlier today on the rental copy. I dunno if it's the couple years I've taken off from COD or what, but it felt pretty decent.

what console did u buy it for? i probably should have got the ps3 version. not having anyone to play with is kind of lame...plus this voice chat retardedness totally promote anti social matches. how u supposed to find good people to play with when you cant even talk to anyone. People hardly use headsets on steam as it is...but throw in having to hold down a button to talk and it motivates people to not speak...its just fucking stupid

I went Xbox. When I rented it, that's all they had so I figured I'd stick with it since I already had progress there.

I mean, I've played them all, just not extensively since MW2. The maps on this one seem like some of the best designs since COD4 tho.

So, the first thing I do with my PS3 copy is download the Nuketown map. It downloads fine but when it goes to install it gets to 14% and errors out. So I check to see if there is any game data that I can delete and there is none. So I re-download and try again. Same shit. Errors at 14%. I call Sony and they tell me it's probably because I hadn't even installed the game yet. I pop it in and update it. I re-download the map...error. I try deleting the game data and re-downloading...error. WTF?!? I called Sony back and they tell me it sounds like there is corrupted data somewhere on my console and have me do that reboot thing with the three beeps. Still no go. Then they tell me it sounds like the only solution is to completely reformat my console, which deletes EVERYTHING, to get rid of any corrupted files. GTFO.

If you use an MP7 with that stupid ass laser sight on it, you are indeed a faggot. Mother fuckers were hitting me from across the map with it. Then when it was close combat they didn't even have to aim and the laser sight would make them nearly 100% accurate.

My little brother does that. I've actually been doing pretty well with the starter sniper rifle and pistol, then just take the best gun off somones dead body to switch with my pistol when its low on ammo. I kinda like the LMG too
