Now first off before I say anything else I'm letting you know now that I'm not complaining about anything I'm just stating differenent facts(well hopefully).
We've all seen the videos and different threads here that the Madden developers have releasd to the public showing us just how "different" the game will be. But I was just thinking that most of this stuff isn't anything new or different from what they normally might do from year from year.
Here's a couple of examples.
The QB drop back. Yes this may be a change(for better or worse) but it's not their first time changing it. In the past they'd just change it without telling us and about 90% of players wouldn't even notice it.
Do you guys remember how for '09 one big thing was suppuse to be the noticable difference between a RB running the ball and making cuts, and a linemen trying to run and make cuts. But then why are O-linemen able RC on DB's...........
I remember them showing vidoes of how the O-linemen on '08 just stood there like zombies and let people run around them and get to the QB easily. Then they showed a video of the O-linemen in '09 doing there job.
Ok then, but why can I take 1 average un-heard of D-linemen swing right around 5 O-linemen who wont even touch me and get a easy sack?........
Fuck I just forgot the other examples.
Well anywayz you all know the other new things that they are improving and/or adding to the game.
Now of course '10 will be different(hopefull better) than '09.
But, do you think the rate of change between '09 and '10 will be bigger than any other 2 maddens or are all of these videos/blogs/articles making the game seem like it's gonna change more than it really is? Just like '09 did for '08.
