Beat the new chapter/DLC...

It's basically a prologue to the upcoming Season 2 but it gives some insight into our future group.

There's a little bit of everything that was cool about Chapter 1 through 5 of Season One (the QTEs, the snap decisions you have to make, etc.) and aside from the janky storyline if you do it out-of-order, it's decent for $5.

When I say out-of-order, I mean it in the Tarrantino/Pulp Fiction sense; everything fits and if you pay attention, there's references all around as you play to the other characters and what went down.

Worth the price if you hanker for some more Walking Dead.

I'm curious how much of a tease Clem is. Personally, I loved her and would like her to serve as a connection between the series, but I don't want to play as her and I don't want her to be the central theme of Season 2.

Man, that might be the one thing I'd like less than her being the main character. And not because it would fuck with me, so to speak, but just because I think it would be exceedingly dumb, cheap, and actively work against how good the first season was.

That's hardly a decision. Who cares about kittens in the zombie apocolypse?

I want to know that she's alright, maybe a little messed up, but hanging in there. Maybe do it like the Glenn appearance in S1 E1. I just don't want her murdered and I definitely don't want her around for the whole season. I think both would cheapen S1. If they want to bring her back, I just want them to show some restraint, because I love the final memories I have of her and Lee, and I don't want them to try and pull off something similar just for the sake of it.

Listening to Navarro and Klepek's morning cast from Friday. Confirmed by Navarro that you're playing as Clem. I'm obviously going to still give it a chance, but it bums me out a little.
