How do you put rosters in?

How do you put rosters you get from the 2k Share into your Leagcy on CHOOPS 2k8? I load them then i start a Leagcy and i got default rosters still.

sig is too big, resize it

Umm you shouldn't still have default rosters. After you download and save the rosters, go to the main menu, load the rosters, then start the dynasty.

So i load the 2k Share roster file then start the leagcy? Thats what i did yesterday and it didn't work. What Rosters did you download?
