We understand that some of you are still experiencing problems when progressing through your Road to The Show or Franchise seasons after the latest Game Update. We truly apologize for those of you who have encountered problems or lost any season progress as a result. Please know that we are working with the community and asking people to send affected save files so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.
Please use our forums on TheShowNation.com to help communicate the problems with as much information as you have available. Sending a save file is also a huge help. We have a number of moderators on the forums and have recently expanded our support.
As a reminder, one way that may avoid the problem is to only install the game update during the off-season (thanks to 'Goodolboy' for posting this on the thread).
To help rectify the problem and to show that YOU, the community and the fans, are our main priority, we're offering users a voucher code for 1,000 free Road to The Show training points. Please use this code below to redeem the points. The voucher will expire in one week, on June 2, 2012 (at midnight Pacific Time). The voucher must be entered at the PlayStation Store via XMB. Once redeemed, the points can be used when you enter your existing Road to The Show season or when you start a new one.
