RIP Socom 2. That shit is what introduced me to online gaming, and Ive still havent played a game online that's close to it's intense/fun factor (RB6V is closest). A remake would be nice but we've been wishing for that for years now.

Game went to shit when they introduced spawning and huge ass maps with vehicles. What made the game fun/intense was the one and done factor. Shit was ill when it came down to you being the last one left vs 5 other people and going silent assassin on them all to win the round.

They officially went off today at 8am EST. I tried staying on as long as I could thinking maybe they would go off later tonight but just couldn't hold out.

This has all 4 games Socom 1 tried to play game online but couldn't find any games. Socom 2 played for a couple of hours, then went on S3 and spent 20 minutes messing around with DL's tried to play a game then I realized combined assault was S3 with more maps. Put in CA messed around a little then I finished the night off playing Socom 2 was fun to play it one last time.
