Yeah it's been fun so far. I love that you run into a boss fight like every 5-10 minutes lol. Although I wanted to break some shit while trying to beat bladewolf lol. I'm still fairly early in the game, I just beat Mistral.

I'm going to bump this now since I'm on a functional computer and since no one responded to me in the random thoughts section. Thoughts? Impressions? Length? Swarley, did you ever beat it?

My concern is that after playing the demo it won't live up to the greatness that is Vanquish and Bayonetta.

I did not. I got about 2-3 hours in and found out that this type of ninja hack and slash just wasn't my type of game. The numerous boss fights were fun, but I just couldn't really bring myself to continue. Not saying it was a bad game, just not my type.

Thanks for the impressions. I don't mean to bombard you with questions but: have you played Bayonetta/Devil May Cry and if so, do you like them and how do they compare? Also, did you try the demo of MGR? I'm curious how representative it is of the full game.

It's 30 bucks which isn't bad, but I wish there was some way to rent it. The only in depth, non-reviewer impressions I've read have been at NeoGAF and they're way too up Platinum's ass for me to trust them 100%.

Lol, no worries about the question, but I have not played those and I didn't play the demo.

If you buy it for $30 retail you can probably sell it on Ebay for $30...sort of like renting...
