I can't be the only person here that thinks Molyneux is the most overrated designer in the history of gaming?
I know he created Populous and Theme Park and those games were supposedly super innovative on the PC in their day. But the last 15 years? I know Fable 1 didn't live up anywhere near to his loft promises. Fable 2 was fun but nothing major. Fable 3 was a gigantic disappointment filed with bugs.
So why is this guy so revered in the industry?Comment

Here's a list of all the videos they showed.

Does anyone know why they always show TR at the MS conference? It's not exclusive, right? I'll probably get it on Xbox anyway but I'm curious. If MS did secure it as an exclusive that would be a smart move. Add that third party series to Splinter Cell. Their exclusives have been dwindling down to scraps over the past few years it seems.Comment

Left some things out but I got the jist of the conference.
Shit was wack all around.Comment

Never mind. I see that MS signed a timed DLC deal with them. Which, by the way, I hate when developers already have DLC mapped out for a game that isn't even out for months. Ugh.
The video they showed make the game look like it's all about major and minor set pieces. Shoot the lamp there, burn a few bad buys, shoot the barrels here, watch them roll down a hill and kill another bad buy. It looked great though.Comment
