work on learning strength and weaknesses if you know a player cant guard take advantage of that and also set screens up but dont always go right ahead and follow through ala screen to post up to SF free
what I do though is post up and wait for an opening 85 percent of the time the guy will bring help and you just find the open guy if not kick out and start over again
also another low end tip run into other defenders and mismatch them so that your guy is able to create some space and get open sort of like a screen when you have the ball setting up the other person
