Strictly gaming wise I prefer XBL because all my friends have mics and you can party chat across different games. I think I've played only a few games with Jay and CC where I was playing with people with mics. Idk if that's because it's bluetooth and people are too dumb to set it up or what. Yes I do realize the odds of getting put into a room full of idiots with a mic on yelling dumb shit will happen 95% of the time, but I've actually ran into random people playing shooters and sports games that I could shoot the shit with and could relate to.
All the other apps they have now are just a bonus to me. I know some of you guys have your systems set up in your living rooms so those are a huge factor so I understand where you are coming from if you prefer Netflix on PS3 over 360 or vice versa.
I currently own both systems, and will most likely own both of the next systems too. Is there anyone here that owns one system that is interested in buying the other one? If so that could actually turn this thread into a useful one instead of just the inevitable console war battle.
