I'd be really surprised if they went with a QB 3 years in a row. Until last year with Favre because of the whole anniversary thing, they'd never even done a QB 2 years in a row. So I'm ruling out a QB.

But they do seem to be revamping the passing game. Already had a few blogs about it with more supposedly to come. That makes me think WR. Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, or Steve Smith I think would all make sense. Though they've never put a WR on the cover so who knows.
